The exhibitor must provide to the setup of his exhibiting space at his own expense, either with his own designated setup company or by requesting a pre-fitted setup to the operational secretariat.

Pre-fitted Green
The pre-fitted setup can be bought on the online exhibitors portal: www.espositore.fieramilano.it/en/
All exhibitors receive an e-mail from NO-REPLY@FIERAMILANO.IT with the log-in credentials to access the Exhibitor Portal, the platform where to fill out compulsory documents and where booking the exhibition services.
On the platform is it also possible:
- book the “GREEN” setup on Eservice, if needed
- request optional or additional services on Eservice
- provide the stand contractor details and upload the Stand Plan
- see the technical plan of the booth
- pre-register vehicles and personnel for the setting up/dismantling phases
- download the exhibitor passes* valid during the exhibition days and during setting up/dismantling, and the car park voucher* valid during the exhibition days
- manage 300 complimentary entrance e-tickets for customers (through SIC – Customer Invitation System)
- manage digital catalog with access to the Digital Platform (add content, Company logo and product categories)
* THE EXHIBITOR PASSES AND THE CAR PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD ONLY AFTER PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE.
